Dr. Tania Claudio Weber is the managing partner, and is in charge of project and programme management. After obtaining a bachelor degree in physics and medical physics in Brazil, she graduated with a Master's degree in Materials Sciences and Engineering from the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel, and achieved a doctoral degree at the University of Liège with the work she performed at the Jülich Research Centre. In December 2014, she founded Bond Consulting, which she now manages in-parallel to her posistion back at the Jülich Research Centre: in-kind and risk management for the contributions from Germany, Switzerland and Czech Republic to the European Spallation Source being constructed in Lund, Sweden.


Dr. Dieter Weber

Dr. Dieter Weber is your technology and product management expert. His main competences encompass product development, nanotechnology, microfabrication and innovations support. He obtained the degree of Dipl.-Ing. as a Materials Scientist and Engineer from the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel followed by a doctoral degree at the University of Aachen with the work on oxide electronics he performed at the Jülich Research Centre. Dr. Urnaa Badarch is a physicist who graduated from a Mongolian university and had the possibility to develop scientifically in Germany, her consulting help you navigate in research communities, involved in various international projects with a resourceful network. After completing her Bachelor and Master’s degree in physics and nuclear physics Mongolia, she earned a PhD in theoretical nuclear physics from the Justus-Liebig-University (JLU) of Giessen. Through her stay at the University of Giessen as a graduate student, research assistant and also as a mentor for foreign doctoral and exchange students, she has gained experience and developed a deep knowledge of the German higher education system as well as international scientific cooperation.
